Fort Atkinson retail merchants take to the streets with the biggest bargains and hottest deals of the summer during this annual sidewalk sale. Bring the whole family for two days of fun and enjoy lunch at the Chamber Brat Stand or treats at the popcorn wagon. On Saturday, Live music and Zappo the Clown will entertain you while you shop at the Farmers Market or stroll the Arts Walk. There will also be a Petting Zoo, Bouncy House, and Art Activities for the kids!

July 27 - 28, 2012 - Cambridge Umbrella Daze & Lake Ripley Bike Ride

Umbrella DazeA festival of community spirit opening Friday Night with local award winning band: Madison County. Saturday all day food, volleyball & basketball tournaments, live music, etc. Friday 4pm-12am and Sat. 8am-6pm

Saturday 8am is the Lake Ripley Ride featuring three distances: a family friendly 22-mile (mostly flat) route, a longer and slightly hilly 40-mile route, and a more challenging 62-mile metric century route. Registration fee required.

July 27, 2012 - Council for the Performing Arts BRAT FRY Fundraiser

The Council for the Performing Arts will be hosting a BRAT FRY Fundraiser from 10:00am to 2:00pm. We will be serving brats and hot dogs with all the trimmings, along with your favorite cold beverage and chips. Large orders can be phoned in in advance so they will be ready for your pickup. Come and enjoy - it's an easy way to support the arts!

Our under the sea adventure will be filled with wet games, water wars, wet Hey! Hey! Ride, wet poker run, fishing derby, crafts and great music. For more added fun, stay with us all week as we continue with daily activities that include hula lessons you can use next weekend. Join us on Saturday while we spend time with former Super Bowl champion, Gilbert Brown, and raise money for youth programs.
